It's the end of the week and all you want to do is cry like a baby in the playground. Welcome to Adult playgroup where you can w(h)ine if you want to. Each week we bring you a new excuse to get out of the house and connect with others (who are also looking for an excuse to drink wine) and discover your inner juggler, tumbler, and aerialist!
Grab your partner or find a new one and challenge yourself even further by learning new involved tricks and techniques on the trapeze for two. This course is designed for people who have completed Trapeze level 1 or equivalent.
Handstands with a performance twist. Put a bit more flare into your handstands, this course will give you the skills to incorporate more performance elements into your handstand technique.

A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the class or term commencing must be given if you wish to withdraw or cancel. You may be eligible for a credit.
NO refunds are given once the class or term has commenced under any circumstances.
All of our classes require minimum numbers to be confirmed, if a class does not reach that number it may be cancelled. In this event you will be given the option to book into an alternative class or a credit will be put on your account.
This class will give students the proper techniques to stretch themselves in a safe way minimising the risk of injury. You’ll be instructed on the correct way to use your body to give you those beautiful lines you’ve always desired!
This class will give students the proper techniques to bend, stretch and twist themselves in a safe way into beautiful and intricate positions.

This class involves conditioning, body awareness and proper stretching techniques to further your handstand skills. Our instructors will aim to find the handstand technique appropriate for each participant. No handstand experience required.
Go out on a limb and dare to try out your tightrope, juggling and unicycle muscle! This class is an introduction to both ground and basic aerial skills. Learn some great tricks to impress your friends and family, whilst also building general strength and conditioning. A fun class to do with friends.
