This class will focus on key conditioning exercises geared towards improving strength and fitness to assist specifically with your aerial training. The perfect course to complement your specific apparatus training.
Also known as Adagio, this class works on balancing in pairs and group combinations. It’s a fun class using team work to create and challenge your acrobatic abilities. This course is designed for people with all ranges of experience, from beginners to advanced.
This class will give students the proper techniques to stretch themselves in a safe way minimising the risk of injury. You’ll be instructed on the correct way to use your body to give you those beautiful lines you’ve always desired!
This class involves conditioning, body awareness and proper stretching techniques to further your handstand skills. Our instructors will aim to find the handstand technique appropriate for each participant. No handstand experience required.

A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the class or term commencing must be given if you wish to withdraw or cancel. You may be eligible for a credit.
NO refunds are given once the class or term has commenced under any circumstances.
All of our classes require minimum numbers to be confirmed, if a class does not reach that number it may be cancelled. In this event you will be given the option to book into an alternative class or a credit will be put on your account.
