POLICY ON REFUNDS, LOCKDOWNS AND DEFERRALS: AERIALIZE COVID -19


 

Aerialize’s existing Terms and Conditions are to be referred to during current operations. The below policies refer to a situation whereby Aerialize needs to close due to a Government mandated lock down.  

 

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS

If a Government mandated lockdown were to occur in the middle of a student’s Annual Membership, the membership would be extended. Equivalent to the duration of the lockdown

 

e.g. Jane bought an annual membership, and due to Government mandate Aerialize was in lock down for 3 months. Upon returning Jane’s membership was extended for 3 months

 

TERM CLASSES (Youth + Adult)

While Aerialize remains open we are not responsible for a student’s choice not to come to class due to their individual concerns of COVID. Aerialize has a comprehensive Covid Safe Plan in place and will be adhering strictly to it to keep all our students as safe as possible. Term classes cannot be refunded or deferred in this circumstance.

 

If lockdown were to occur mid term, Aerialize term classes will continue where it left off upon re-opening. Aerialize will distribute an action plan on how the remainder of the term classes will be rescheduled.

DROP-IN CLASSES AND PACKS
 

While Aerialize remains open we are not responsible for a student's choice not to use class passes due to their individual concerns of COVID-19. Aerialize has a comprehensive Covid Safe Plan in place and will be adhering strictly to it to keep all our students as safe as possible. Passes cannot be refunded or extended in this circumstance.

Drop-in Classes typically have a validity of 3 months. For students who may have existing drop-in classes and  packs on their account the validity will be extended in the event of a Government mandated lockdown.

 

PAYMENT PLANS

If you are on a payment plan, and a lockdown occurs – the payment plan will be terminated. Upon re-opening, students can start a new payment plan with the start of a new term.
