Aerialize Birthday Party Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking your child’s birthday party at Aerialize. We love welcoming families into our circus space. Because our venue includes specialist circus and aerial equipment, these Terms & Conditions help us keep the party safe, smooth and enjoyable for everyone.
A $200 deposit is required to secure your birthday party booking.
Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your party.
Parties are booked by package size:
Mini Party: up to 7 children
Classic Party: up to 14 children
Big Party: up to 21 children
Mega Party: up to 28 children
Your booked package is the maximum number of children we can safely accommodate for your party.
Please choose the party package that covers your likely maximum number of children.
You are welcome to bring fewer children than your booked package allows, however the package price does not reduce if fewer children attend.
We are not able to accommodate additional children beyond your booked package size on the day. If extra children arrive, they may not be able to participate.
If additional children do participate and this moves your party into the next package size, the higher package rate will apply.
Every participating child must have a completed Aerialize waiver before taking part.
Waivers must be completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
No waiver means the child cannot participate.
Please complete a waiver for your child and any siblings attending, and share the waiver link with all other parents or guardians before the party.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your booked start time.
Parties must finish by the booked end time so we can reset the space for other bookings.
If your party runs beyond the booked time, additional charges may apply.
Aerialize birthday parties run for 2 hours:
1.5 hours of instructor-led circus activities
30 minutes for food, cake and celebration time
Activities may include aerial silks, static trapeze, lyra, tumbling, acrobatics, games, mini tramp, hula hoops, plate spinning and other circus activities.
Flying trapeze is not offered.
Activities are guided by Aerialize instructors and are not free play.
Our instructors will tailor the session to suit the age, confidence and energy of the group.
Children should wear comfortable, stretchy clothing they can move in.
Long tights and t-shirts are recommended.
Please avoid jeans, zippers, buttons, jewellery, watches, necklaces, bracelets and earrings with sharp backs.
Long hair should be tied back.
Children under 5 may need a parent or guardian to assist them during the session, depending on the activity and the child’s needs.
Parents and guests are welcome to take photos, but must stay clear of the activity area and avoid distracting instructors while the session is running.
Please do not assist children on the equipment unless an instructor specifically asks you to.
Our instructors are trained to guide children safely through the activities.
Food, cake and decorations
You are welcome to bring your own food, birthday cake and decorations.
Aerialize provides tables, chairs and tablecloths.
You will need to bring anything else required for serving food, such as plates, cups, napkins, candles, matches, cake knife and cutlery.
Food and drinks must stay at the party table during cake time.
Please avoid confetti, glitter, sprinkles, fairy floss, popcorn, sticky drinks and difficult-to-clean items.
Decorations must not be attached to circus equipment, rigging, mirrors, walls, ceiling or apparatus.
During cake time, children must stay away from the circus equipment.
Cleaning and rubbish
Please leave the space tidy at the end of your party.
Aerialize can take one full bag of rubbish and some recycling.
If your party creates more waste than this, please take the extra rubbish with you.
If the space is left excessively messy, a cleaning fee may apply.
Rescheduling more than 14 days before your party may incur a $50 reschedule fee.
Cancellations more than 7 days before the party may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the party may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Aerialize will always aim to be fair and reasonable, but once your party is close to the date, staffing and planning are already in place.
Please do not attend if your child or guests are unwell.
If a child becomes unwell during the party, please notify an instructor immediately.
Aerialize may ask a participant to stop taking part if they are unwell or if it is not safe for them to continue.
Aerialize reserves the right to modify activities on the day based on group size, age, ability, behaviour, safety requirements or instructor judgement.
Aerialize may ask a participant to sit out if they are not following safety instructions or if their behaviour puts themselves, other participants, instructors or the space at risk.
By booking a birthday party with Aerialize, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Aerialize acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we work, the Durak and Gadigal people of the Eora nation, and pay our respects to Elders past, present & emerging.​
We extend those respects to all First Nations peoples on whose lands we travel and perform.
